Why rent Fischer skis/cross-country skis?

We're on your way

Not from České Budějovice? That doesn't have to be a problem. You may be heading to Šumava for skiing or travelling to the Austrian Alps and passing through České Budějovice.

Rental conditions

Ski equipment will only be rented upon presentation of a valid identity document and payment of a cash deposit, the amount of which is specified for each equipment category.

Please read the detailed rental conditions for ski equipment, where you will find all important information.

1. Ski equipment will be rented upon presentation of a valid identity document (national ID card or passport).
2. Before renting the ski equipment, the customer must complete a form containing the information required to conclude the equipment rental agreement.
3. The selected ski equipment will then be handed over to the customer after payment of the required cash deposit – see the ski equipment rental prices. The deposit will be refunded after the equipment has been returned and inspected by the rental shop staff.
4. Equipment can be rented from 9:00 a.m. It must be returned on the last day of the rental period by 6:00 p.m. If the equipment is returned later, one additional daily rate for the relevant equipment category will be added to the rental fee.
5. If the customer agrees by phone or e-mail with the rental shop to extend the rental period before the original rental period expires, the rental fee will be charged according to the total rental period.
6. If the customer exceeds the rental period without an agreement with the rental shop, a full one-day rate will be charged for each commenced day of the extension.
7. Normal repairs resulting from regular use are covered by the rental shop. However, the rental shop is not responsible for damage to rented equipment caused by improper use, negligence or intentional actions by the customer, such as riding on unpaved roads, riding over rocks on alpine or cross-country trails, improperly placing skis in the snow (sticking the ski tails into the snow), or, in the case of alpine and cross-country ski boots, walking freely on paved surfaces. Any repair costs in such cases will be charged to the customer according to the current service price list.
8. The customer is fully responsible for the loss or destruction of rented equipment and must reimburse its full value.
9. Please keep the copy of the ski equipment rental agreement together with the receipt for the deposit paid for the rented equipment. It must be presented when the equipment is returned.
10. Please carefully inspect the rented equipment upon collection. If you notice any defect, notify the rental shop staff!
